Transcript Request

Mosaic Christian College provides official transcripts for students and alumni upon request. To ensure accuracy and security, all transcript requests must be submitted through our online request form, along with payment.

How to Request a Transcript

  1. Pay the Transcript Fee – Before submitting your request, you must complete the online payment for the transcript processing fee.
     

  2. Fill Out the Transcript Request Form – Once payment is completed, you will be directed to the form where you will enter:

    • Your full name (as it appears in MCC records).

    • Other personal information

    • The exact name and address of the institution or recipient where the transcript should be sent.

    • Your contact information for verification purposes.
       

  3. Processing and Delivery – Once your request is received:

    • Transcripts will be processed within 2-3 business days.

    • Official transcripts will be mailed directly to the recipient listed on your request form.

    • Electronic transcripts may be available upon request, depending on the receiving institution's policies.

 

Important Notes
 

  • Transcripts will not be released if you have any outstanding financial obligations to MCC.

  • Requests must be submitted by the student or graduate only—we do not process third-party requests without written consent.

  • Once a transcript has been sent, no refunds will be issued.

  • If additional documentation is required by the recipient, please include those details in your request form.
