Getting Started

Beginning your journey at Mosaic Christian College (MCC) is a simple and streamlined process. Whether you are enrolling in your first college course, transferring from another institution, or pursuing graduate studies, MCC is committed to making your transition smooth and accessible.
 

Follow these steps to get started on your path to Christ-centered education.

Step 1: Apply for Admission
 

  • Complete the online application on the MCC website.

  • Select the program that best aligns with your academic and ministry goals.

  • Submit the Statement of Faith and any required documentation.

  • If you are a transfer student, request official transcripts from previous institutions to be sent directly to MCC.


Step 2: Receive Your Admission Decision
 

  • Once your application is submitted, the Admissions Office will review your materials.

  • You will receive an email notification with your admission decision and any next steps.

  • If accepted, you will receive instructions for course registration and academic advising.


Step 3: Plan Your Course Schedule
 

  • Meet with an Academic Advisor to discuss your degree plan and course selection.

  • Review your Degree Completion Plan to understand program requirements.

  • Register for your first term of courses through MCC’s online student portal.


Step 4: Complete Orientation & Set Up Student Accounts
 

  • MCC provides a new student orientation to help you become familiar with:

    • The Learning Management System (LMS) for online courses.

    • Student resources, academic policies, and faculty expectations.

    • Strategies for successful online learning and ministry preparation.

  • Set up your student email account and access your course materials.


Step 5: Begin Your Courses
 

  • Log in to the Learning Management System on the first day of classes.

  • Engage with course content, participate in discussions, and complete assignments on time.

  • Connect with faculty and fellow students for encouragement and support.

  • Utilize academic resources such as the online library, advising, and mentoring opportunities.


Step 6: Stay Engaged & Move Toward Graduation
 

  • Keep track of your academic progress and complete coursework according to your degree plan.

  • Reach out to our team for guidance on course selection each month if you have questions.

  • Stay connected with the MCC community through student forums, events, and ministry opportunities.

  • Prepare for graduation and future ministry by seeking internship or service opportunities.
